In 2020, our journey as an NDIS Provider started in Sydney, NSW, under the name Loyal Aid Australia. Now known as Loyal Support Services Pty Ltd, we are still located in Sydney and continue to be a registered NDIS provider. Our mission has been refreshed as we embrace our new name. Our focus is on offering personalised disability services and smooth NDIS assistance in Sydney, NSW. Fatih, the director and founder of Loyal Support Services, possesses extensive leadership experience in the disability sector. Leading by example, he prioritises the interests of his participants, fostering a culture of empowerment and dignity within his team. His unwavering commitment to excellence and empathy drives positive change, shaping a more inclusive and equitable society for individuals with disabilities across Sydney NSW.
Mel - CAO
Mel, the Chief Administrative Officer, boasts extensive corporate and event management experience, equipping her to adeptly handle administrative tasks at Loyal Support Services. With in-depth knowledge of internal and external NDIS audits, she ensures regulatory standards are met. Mel's dedication to efficiency underscores her commitment to supporting the organisation's mission in providing exceptional services to individuals with disabilities.
Debbie - NDIS Support Coordinator
Debbie, with an honors degree in Psychology and a decade supporting individuals with mental health and psychosocial disabilities, excels in roles like NDIS support coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach. Leveraging her corporate background, she brings valuable skills in organization and people management. Debbie's approach focuses on strength-based and evidence-based coaching to enhance wellbeing, social participation, safety, and relapse prevention. She also holds certifications in Training and Assessment, as well as Work Health and Safety.


Chay - NDIS Support Coordinator
Chay brings extensive experience in the Disability Sector, progressing from Support Worker to managerial roles overseeing large teams of staff. As one of our skilled Support Coordinators/Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, Chay excels in building relationships with other NDIS Providers, stakeholders, and families, providing exceptional NDIS Support Coordination Services. Chay is dedicated to supporting marginalised communities.

We’re an experienced Disability Services Provider registered with the NDIS, located in Sydney, NSW. Our dedication lies in providing high-quality NDIS support services tailored to participants aged 17 to 65.

What’s Loyal Support Services’ office operating hours?

We’re open to serve you Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note, our office takes a break on weekends and during public holidays in NSW. But rest assured, for those who rely on support worker services during these times in Sydney, NSW, we’ve got an On-Call procedure in place to keep things running smoothly.

Does Loyal Support Services provide services for the non-NDIS customers?

At Loyal Support Services, our NDIS services are available exclusively to participants with plan management, NDIA-managed (Agency Managed), and self-managed NDIS funds, catering to individuals aged 17 to 65 years old.

  • Training Certificates for all Mandatory NDIS Modules: Continuously updating skills to provide the best support.

Furthermore, we require all Team Members to demonstrate continuous learning by participating in our constant improvement training programs. 

We ensure that All Team members have signed our privacy agreement as well as the staff code of conduct agreement and they undergo and participate in our comprehensive Support Worker Induction before commencing to work with our participants.This comprehensive induction process ensures that our team is well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of our participants and provide exceptional care and support.
